I have a BBQ Rib question? Please read?

modbride asked:

I forgot to cover my ribs in the oven and now the ends are black. Is this going to be bad?

I’m cooking the ribs at 250 for a couple hours then I’m going to put bbq sauce on them and grill them.

I want them to turn out good!

Chicken Thighs?

Peppermint asked:

I’ve taken some chicken thighs out of the freezer to defrost for dinner, but I’m not sure what to do with them. I either just roast them and have them with potatoes and veg, stick them in a curry, or cover them in a BBQ coating.

Does anyone have any other suggestions of what I can do with them for my dinner?
P.s. They’ve got the bone in.
